The project’s objective is to increase competitiveness through the support and development of information and communication technologies in the operations of Metalowiec Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.
The result of the project’s implementation will include, among others:
- modernization of all the company’s business processes and an increase in their efficiency through the implementation of a modern system, which will translate into lower operating costs
- an increase in the use of ICT within the company by encompassing all business processes in the project
- the timeliness of key data necessary for service delivery, made available at the point of service
- an increase in the security of stored documentation by expanding the scope of data processed within a single system
- an increase in system reliability through new functionalities that automate and support the operation of individual business processes.
