The objective of the project is to increase the company’s share in the market of medical and rehabilitation bed manufacturers by promoting and introducing new products into its commercial offer: the DARION bed and the MOVEMED patient transport trolley, both on existing and new markets. The project also aims to create broad business opportunities, maximize the use of the company’s production capacity with the support of the existing export department, and adapt the company’s offer to market requirements and demand, including the introduction of direct marketing through the establishment of a position responsible for key foreign clients within the export department.
The planned results include strengthening the company’s position on both domestic and international markets through promotion at international trade fairs and exhibition events, as well as during meetings with potential partners as part of business missions. As a result, the company aims to achieve market success and establish a strong position in the medical equipment and furniture sector. Additionally, the development of export activities will contribute to strengthening the position of the Polish economy by promoting Polish products abroad, enhancing Poland’s image as an attractive business partner, increasing export volume, and supporting the growth of companies engaged in international trade. The development of business cooperation will help build a strong market position and increase the company’s competitiveness on both domestic and international markets.
