Internationalization of Business Activities of Metalowiec Sp. z o.o. in Namysłów
Short Project Description:
The project concerns activities related to establishing business cooperation with future contractors and partners in the scope of products offered by Metalowiec Sp. z o.o. It also includes promotional activities aimed at increasing the company’s share in the medical equipment market (production of medical and rehabilitation beds).
Project Objectives:
The main objective of the project is to increase the market share of Metalowiec Sp. z o.o. among manufacturers of medical and rehabilitation beds by promoting and introducing new products into the company’s commercial offer. The project also aims to create broad business opportunities, maximize the use of the company’s production capacity with the support of a newly established export department, and adapt the company’s offer to market requirements and demand.
Planned Outcomes:
The planned results include entering existing markets with a new product offer and expanding into new markets with the current offer, leading to the conclusion of new commercial contracts.
Long-term objectives of the undertaken activities include:
- adapting the company’s offer to customer expectations and requirements,
- increasing sales and fully utilizing production capacity in line with existing contracts and orders,
- strengthening and stabilizing the company’s market position,
- reducing business risk by expanding the customer base.
