Bed with an isolation tent

We have produced the first bed with an isolation tent, designed for transporting patients who are infected or suspected of being infected with potentially dangerous microorganisms for testing outside the contaminated zone. The tent over the bed ensures patient isolation and provides additional protection for medical staff, reducing direct exposure to the patient’s respiratory secretions. The design of the bed with the isolation tent was developed in consultation with the medical staff of the Provincial Specialist Hospital named after J. Gromkowski in Wrocław, which is currently one of the infectious disease hospitals in Poland.
