The project also aims to create broad business opportunities, maximize the use of the company\u2019s production capacity with the support of the existing export department, and adapt the company\u2019s offer to market requirements and demand, including the introduction of direct marketing through the establishment of a position responsible for key foreign clients within the export department.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The planned results include strengthening the company\u2019s position on both domestic and international markets through promotion at international trade fairs and exhibition events, as well as during meetings with potential partners as part of business missions. As a result, the company aims to achieve market success and establish a strong position in the medical equipment and furniture sector. Additionally, the development of export activities will contribute to strengthening the position of the Polish economy by promoting Polish products abroad, enhancing Poland\u2019s image as an attractive business partner, increasing export volume, and supporting the growth of companies engaged in international trade.
